Race with us to raise money for a real life hero--Captain Jacob Harvey.

Join us in a variety of events.

7:00 am  Registration and packet pick-up
8:00 am  5K Race Begins- Dress like a superhero! See below for registration.
8:15 – 10:30 am  Breakfast (Suggested donation $5/person, $25/family)
8:30 - 10:00 am  Silent Auction (contact Jeni Galbraith at 801-447-9050 for donate items)
8:30 - 11:00 am  Carnival

Race registration fee: $25/individual; $100/group of 5

There are three ways to register for the race:
1. Mail in the registration form below.

3.  Go to Captain Jacob's Facebook page and click on the yellow PayPal register button. For group registration include in the text box all names, ages, and shirt sizes.  

To Donate or Sponsor (any amount above $500, contact Bailey Hall at 801-898-8888):
1.  Sign into your personal PayPal account and send money to"jacobsrun2014@gmail.com".

2.  Mail a check to 'Jacobs Run' at 238 E Kay Circle, Kaysville, UT  84037.

3.  Donate at any America First Credit Union to account "Jacobs Run for Jacob Harvey".

  2. To meet Jacob is to love him! So grateful for the opportunity I had to have him for a year in my primary class... He taught all of us so much!!
